Using Our Services
JJ Floor Screeding provides tailored screeding solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Our services are dependent on proper site conditions, access, and preparation. Quotes are valid for 30 days, with clear payment terms agreed in advance. Project timelines may vary due to site readiness or weather. Clients must follow curing and drying guidelines to ensure optimal results. We guarantee quality workmanship but are not responsible for issues caused by external factors. Cancellations require 48 hours' notice to avoid fees.

Ordering and Payment Terms
All orders must be confirmed in writing and may require a site visit before final pricing. A deposit is typically required to secure booking, with the balance due upon completion or in agreed stages for larger projects. Payments must be made via bank transfer or other approved methods within the agreed terms. Any changes to the order must be communicated in advance and may affect pricing or scheduling. We do not offer product pick-up services, and all materials are delivered directly to the job site as part of our service. Late payments may incur additional charges or delay future work.

Returns and Cancellations Policy
As our services and screed products are made-to-order and tailored to each project, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once materials have been delivered or work has begun. Customers may cancel an order or scheduled service by providing written notice at least 48 hours in advance of the agreed start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred. If you believe there is an issue with the product or service provided, please contact us immediately to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Complaints and Disputes Resolution
We take customer satisfaction seriously and aim to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a concern about our products or services, please contact us in writing within 7 days of the issue arising, providing full details, photos (if applicable), and relevant documentation. Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 2 business days and aim to investigate and respond within 7 business days. If further investigation is required, we will keep you informed of progress. We strive to resolve all disputes amicably, but if a resolution cannot be reached, we may refer the matter to an independent mediator or follow legal procedures where necessary.
